This course prepares high school students to become FAA-certified drone pilots. Students will gain in-depth knowledge of aviation safety, airspace regulations, and commercial drone operations, equipping them to pass the FAA Part 107 exam and pursue careers in aerospace, aviation, and drone-based industries.

This hands-on flight training, including flight simulator practice, follows industry safety and performance standards. Students will develop professional drone operation skills applicable to careers in aerospace, surveying, infrastructure inspections, and public safety applications.

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of electric propulsion in drones and electric vehicles (EVs). Through hands-on projects, students explore battery technology, engineering principles, and sustainable transportation advancements, preparing them for careers in aerospace engineering, green energy, and next-generation transportation technology.
